Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your delivery from our warehouse to your doorstep. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.

  • General Returns: For non-damaged, non-defective items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions for shipping the item back to us.

  3. Ship Your Return: Once you have the RAN, package the item securely and send it to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 10% may apply for general returns that are not due to damage or incorrect items.
